Our IP68 keyboards
The InduProof-Keyboard and -Mouse serie have been developed for industries where ease of cleaning or disinfecting is a must, ie. medical, pharmaceutical, chemical and food manufacturing industries, as the rounded keytops of the InduProof2 make it easy to wipe clean.
The keyboards have a wear and tear resistant silicon top part with special Dura-coating for excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. The silicon top part is thermo-glued to a 3 mm thick aluminium base plate creating an IP68 seal. High quality OMRON mechanical short travel switches assure accurate and tactile data input. The keyboards and mouse are sealed to IP68 which means they can be submerged in up to 3 meters of liquid.
InduKey’s medical keyboards and mice are an approved solution to meet the high standards of cleaning and disinfecting. All devices are proven by the institute of medical microbiology and hospital hygiene (Philipps university, Marburg, Germany)concerning to the resistance against germs and bacteria.
With an extreme temperature range of -40°C to +90°C this makes the keyboards and mouse a must in any hygiene critical medical environment.
The mouse is based on the same build quality and with the reliable optical engine, can be used on almost any surface. The keyboards and mouse are available in grey, medical green and black.
